Free Spirit

I'd like to share with you another experience I had when I was attending relaxation classes on Sunday evenings for 6 weeks. As a reminder, we all sat in a circle with candlelight and music. Our leader told us we would be on a walk when we would come upon a waterfall. He then said to see what happens next for us. and to share with the others what our vision was. Here is what happened in my scene.


As the music played a rhythm filled my soul and I found myself dancing with a fire that filled me with tremendous energy. I felt like I was a free spirit. When I looked into my dancing partner's face, it was Jesus. He was smiling at me and telling me wonderful things. I felt unconditional love radiating from Him. He represented life, peace, love and hope to me. He had the perfect touch and I began to see my new dream awakening in me.

His message to me that night was that I was a free spirit, and His Earth Angels were with me always to protect me as I worked through my emotional recovery from a deep depression. (It was a chemical imbalance, not related to my life itself.)

We stopped dancing and kept walking along the most beautiful path I had ever been on. The flowers on each side of me were perfect. The colors of red, purple, yellow, stood out so beautifully against the plush green grass that felt like velvet under my bare feet. We came upon a great waterfall and all of a sudden I was playing under that waterfall where the water was as clear as crystal. I was never afraid even though I couldn't swim very well. It was then I realized I was not alone in the water. There were seals all around me, and they began playing with me and kept me safe. The protected me. It was wonderful. I wanted to stay there forever. It was the perfect touch of there gentleness that I loved. My soul filled with a joy that was unexplainable, but it came from my love of animals. To feel the power and the energy from these beautiful creatures was beyond compare.

It was then I noticed that Jesus had joined me once again. His final message for me that night was I was put here on this earth to help others recover from their emotional wounds and to spread sunshine and hope to everyone I meet. Then the music stopped and I was aware of being back in the circle again with my peers.

Music has always played an important part in my life. As you can see certain kinds of music affects me very deeply. When music soars I get goosebumps all over. Sometimes I cry too because of its tremendous sound. This was classical music that took me on my wonderful journey, I pray I can continually carry out what Jesus told me in His message.
